PLEASE READ: As of April 10th I will no longer be seeing any patients. I will be temporarily closing my practice while on Sabbatical.

Therefore:

  • Current patients:: Please consider your scheduling needs over the coming weeks. Book the appointments you need as my availability will be limited. Please discuss with me any questions or concerns you have at your next appointment. I will do everything I can to help!
  • New patients:: Please contact me to schedule as a new patient. Since I will not be able to continue your care long term, it might make sense to find a different provider. However many patients can benefit from just 1 or 2 appointments. I will be happy to help you make an appropriate plan.

If this is your first appointment, please select "Initial Evaluation". Once you've scheduled, you'll receive an email confirming the appointment, with an invitation to complete your intake paperwork (all online).

*Virtual* Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (tele-health)

Virtual sessions are a great option if you don't live near by, if you can't find childcare, for health concerns, or any other reason! Once you've scheduled, you'll get an email confirming the appointment, with a link to test out the video & audio if you like. Which devices are supported for video/virtual appointments? Any computer with a camera, and Android cell phones. If you want to use and Apple iPhone or iPad, you'll have to download the free app called "Jane Online Appointments". Please reach out if you have any questions!

Dr. Anina Imhof is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner. Her approach is holistic - whole body & mind - knowing that the structures in the pelvis can only be understood within the bigger picture, of how they’re working within the body’s complex and interrelated systems. She has advanced training in highly effective, surprisingly gentle manual therapy techniques, as well as extensive training in providing trauma-informed care and is committed to creating a safe environment where healing can occur.
